2. Description of Service
EthicalGov.ca provides AI-powered non-legal municipal ethics advice concerned with situations a user inputs. Policy AI similarly provides analysis of policy, bylaws, and other municipal government documents that a user inputs into the system.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All AI-generated analyses, reports, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, professional, or formal ethical advice. Users should always exercise their own professional judgment and, when in doubt, consult with appropriate experts.
5.Payment
Users will pay $25.00 each time a service provided by EthicalGov.ca is used
6. Intellectual Property
The EthicalGov.ca platform, including its AI models, interface, and content, is the intellectual property of Don Smeltzer Management Consultants. Reports generated by users belong to the user, but the underlying AI system remains our property.
7. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
8.Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
EthicalGov.ca and Don Smeltzer Management Consultants disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or its applications, or your reliance on any AI-generated or other content made available through the platform, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By accessing and using this website and its applications, you acknowledge and agree that your use constitutes your acceptance of, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
